Santa’s Christmas Journey 2020
Mid-November – Thursday 24th December
With the latest government announcement calling for leisure venues to close from Thursday 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December, we are sorry to have to tell you that any bookings for Santa’s Christmas Journey between 23rd November and 2nd December will unfortunately have to be cancelled. If you have a booking during this time, you will receive a full refund to the card used to make the original payment. We hope to have completed all refunds by the end of the week.
We appreciate that this is very disappointing for you and your family, and we understand your frustration. Please be assured, you will be placed on a priority list for any appointments that we may be able to create between Christmas and New Year, if the situation doesn’t change further.
We will be in touch as soon as we have any more news for you. In the meantime, thank you for your patience and take care.
Santa needs your help! He’s working round the clock to make sure every boy and girl experiences another unforgettable Christmas, but it’s not going well! With the Elves getting up to mischief and the Reindeer eating everything in sight, Santa is so busy keeping things in order, he hasn’t even had chance to test fly his new sleigh!
The Elves always behave better when we have visitors, so please come and see us! You’ll need to travel through the North Pole, over snow-topped mountains and past the cuddly polar bear cubs, to reach the Claus Cosy Cabin. I’ll be busy baking Christmas treats so please check that Santa is getting on with the present wrapping and, if he has fallen asleep in his armchair, wake him up! Santa would also love you to take his sleigh out for that all important first flight too. Do you think you can do this for us?

Santa’s Christmas Journey tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and state your booking reference.
If anyone in your party develops Covid-19 symptoms, DO NOT attend your appointment. Please inform us in advance for a full refund using the email email@example.com
If government guidance changes and Santa’s Christmas Journey can no longer go ahead, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued.
